One-To-One Personal training

All of my sessions run from my studio based in Whitstable. The space is a touch different from the norm, but it has all the equipment and room needed for an effective session. You enter the studio through locked gates, allowing you to relax in privacy away from onlookers and distractions.

About the Trainer

ABOUT THE TRAINER

Quite frankly, I hate talking about myself, so I will keep it brief. Following an interest in fitness and nutrition, I decided to learn more and become fully qualified. After this, I spent several years totally immersed in the fitness scene up in the big bright lights of London. By the end of my time there, I had been lucky enough to work in some of the top studios in the world and learn from some of the best in the business. I also built a client portfolio that included high-profile people, comprising reality TV stars, producers, beauty and fashion editors, models, dancers, athletes, politicians, and authors. ​ During my time in London, I developed my own method and style of training, blending everything I learnt from various training techniques in the fitness world.​​

My Technique

MY TECHNIQUE

By combining hybrid reformer pilates, high intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometrics, cardio and resistance training, I help clients achieve a lean, toned, elegant physique and, more importantly, better self-esteem. I've honed my potent blend of training techniques to be super effective and adaptable to all fitness levels, ensuring astounding results while maintaining interest, enthusiasm and enjoyment.

MY ETHOS

I'll warn you: I'm pretty hardcore and believe in hard work to get results. I'm a walk-and-talk kind of woman. That said, I'm also very easygoing, friendly and down-to-earth. I am not a fan of fitness trends. There is more to life than aimlessly following the latest social media-driven fads. I have developed my method to focus on many aspects of health and fitness that make our skin glow, give us the energy to take on the world, and, of course, afford us the physique we all desire. It's often that little "Je ne sais quoi" that makes a person attractive. It's the confidence to stand well, maintain good posture and be yourself. I'll always be honest with you. If you don't like your body or you don't feel good, then I will help you change it, not convince you to love it.  My biggest motto in life? Keep things simple. I do not believe in overcomplicating anything - life is bloody well complicated enough!

I'm always learning, but some of my qualifications include: Level 3 Personal Trainer Level 3 Pre and Post-Natal Level 3 Pilates Level 3 Nutrition Level 3 Orthopaedic Conditions Trigger Point Therapy Level 2 Gym Level 2 ETM Kettlebells Emergency First Aid And many more...  ​ If I don't know the answer to a question, I don't blag it; instead, I'll research it or ask a fellow professional. Although I hold a fair number of qualifications, I stand by the fact that all of my best knowledge comes from experience in the field, working alongside the best in the business.

How to Start

how to get started

1) First and foremost, contact me before coming to the studio for a chat to ascertain your goals. This initial meeting will be laid back and informal, allowing us to get to know each other. 2) If you are happy and comfortable with everything we've discussed, you can book your sessions with me. 3) Your first session will be 1 hour 30 minutes. In this session, during the first 30 minutes, we will review your goals and fill out some tedious but necessary paperwork. We can also take some body measurements, but only if you want to do this. 4) The remainder of your first session is one hour of training. This is where we get going properly! 5) Following your initial session, your regular one-hour pattern begins according to your requested schedule and frequency of training. You will receive ongoing nutritional and lifestyle support during your time with me. We want to get you results, after all! Please don't be nervous about your current level of fitness. My training methods can be adapted for all levels. We will start at YOUR level and then get your level up!

One-to-one personal training:

 

Block of five 30 minute sessions: £150

(£30 per session)

Block of ten 30 minute sessions: £275

(£27.50 per session)

 

Block of five 1 hour sessions: £250

(£50 per session)

Block of ten 1 hour sessions: £450

(£45 per session)

Single session: POA​

Group classes:

Classes: Block of five 45 minute sessions: £60
